Thinking Machines Releases Inkling-Small

Thinking Machines just released Inkling-Small: 276B total params but only 12B active (MoE), same 1M-token context and variable thinking effort as the full Inkling. That's a big efficiency play - keeping the reasoning capability while cutting compute cost.
