Mojo Language Goes Fully Open Source

Mojo just hit 1.0 and open-sourced its full compiler and toolchain under Apache 2.0 with LLVM exception. Compiler contributions aren't open yet (planned by year-end), but the stdlib has taken community contributions since 2024 — this is the last major piece going public.
