AI-Designed mRNA Cancer Treatment Clears Phase 3

Moderna and Merck's AI-designed personalized mRNA cancer treatment just cleared Phase 3 with 1,137 patients, after Phase 2 data showed 68.8% recurrence-free vs 49.1% on Keytruda alone and a 49% lower risk of recurrence or death. This is one of the first large-scale trials where AI-selected neoantigens (up to 34 per patient) moved from lab concept to Phase 3 success.
