Celsius Sues BitMEX for $495M Before Shutdown

Celsius' bankruptcy estate is suing BitMEX-linked entities for $495M (6,360 BTC) over alleged fraud and wrongful liquidations during the March 2020 crash, filed Sept. 12, just 11 days before BitMEX halts trading on Sept. 23. Allegations remain unproven in court.
