Term Labs Exploited for ~$8.5M via Governance Attack

Term Labs was hit for ~$8.5M via a governance exploit on Term vaults. The attacker drained ~2,843 ETH (~$6.87M) plus 1.68M USDC, already swapped the USDC into DAI, and originally funded the attack with 2 ETH from Tornado Cash.
